Guest guest
Hi Alice , We just had this post on our Hand Therapy site and the answer was mixed. One OT used an exercise code as she was trying to stretch a position. I usually talk with the insurance company up front and request prior approval for an L code, either multiple billings or an estimated one time charge Lori Libolt, OTR/L,CHT ReBound PT, OT & Hand Therapy Sent from my iPhone On Feb 11, 2011, at 7:45 AM, " Alice Peay " > wrote: What CPT code are people using for serial casting?
