Re: In Touch and/or billing options

Is anyone else having trouble connecting to the InTouch website, I was trying to

look into it as an option for a start up needing billing software, but I can't

even get the website to come up. Is this still a viable company, or am I not

going to the correct place for information. (I was going there due to previous

recommendations).

Looking to get billing software for a small start up, 1 PT, 1 PTA, 1 Location.

Any opinions on the web based systems versus a server based system? I was hoping

for a web based system, so work could be done from home, if needed, but it's

looking like the montly fees will far outweigh the costs of a server based

systems up front costs.

Any hints on what questions to ask, so I don't miss any hidden fees, etc.??? I

know to make sure I ask about the clearing house, some include, some do not.

Basically the PT and PTA aren't quite ready to go to electronic documentation,

so for now, we are looking at just the billing end.
