Guest guest
Your professional opinion is requested. A therapy colleague and I are currently in a situation to partner with a locally owned home health company to start an outpatient physical therapy practice. The home health agency is owned by a RN. We are seeking your input and advice on how to structure our relationship to make everyone involved a winner and to maintain the autonomy and integrity of physical therapy. Basically, the doors are wide open and we have been asked to submit a proposal on how we would like to structure our relationship. Every aspect of the start-up is negotiable. i.e., salary, equipment, staffing, location, ownership or profit sharing, etc, etc. We have experience and referral sources to bring to the table as do they. This is where your expertise is needed. What are your opinions, ideas, and suggestions? Thanks, Cole
