info on PacificSource Medicare Advantage needed

Hi Everyone,

PacificSource insurance took over a product in Idaho last year and now plans

to move their Medicare Advantage products into Idaho. They report that

information about physical therapy benefit will not be available until

August (the start date of the Medicare Advantage product is January 1,

2012), yet they are asking us to sign contracts now.

They do say that the Idaho product will be similar to those in other states

they service. If anyone can share the details of PacificSource Medicare

Advantage products with me, I would appreciate it. We are especially

interested in billing process, preauthorization needed, number of treatment

limitations, paperwork needed.
