Reuesting SACS to reconsider the selection criteria for GIPA coordinator.

Dear Forum,

We agree with INP+ regarding the selection criteria of GIPA

coordinator in SACS. We would like to thank SACS for taking this

remarkable decision but it has to reconsider the selection criteria

for GIPA coordinator.
