Good job! I still feel overwhelmed when people comment on my weight

and do not know what to say or do. The other day my coworker told me

that I needed to " lay off the sweet if you want to live to see 50 " I

was in shock because he is quite overweight himself and has had a

heart attack and bypass surgery. Anyhow, I said nothing or " I know.. "

and walked away. Really I felt enraged - it is none of his business!

What would be the right thing to say? Any ideas?
