Looking for orthopedist and therapist in Tri-Cities, WA

I have a very good friend just moved out to Washington state in the Tri-Cities

region (she lives in Kennewick). She needs a good orthopedist and therapist for

rotator cuff injury. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, on
