Guest guest
Align Networks has reached out to my clinic to negotiate PT rates for workers comp promising us increase volume in network. In NH we do not have a fee schedule and get paid 90% of charges. I don't want to lose volume but also don't want to reduce rates unless necessary. Anyone have experience with align networks they care to share. You can email individually at malacroix@... Marc Lacroix, PT
Guest guest
I have had companies similar to Align Network approach me to negotiate a lower rate for increased volume. I did it for one year and did not notice an increase in volume due to their efforts. Thus, my recommendation is not to devalue your service. You could suggest that they refer a certain volume every month to you, and after 6 or 9 months you will give them a significant discount for a certain number of all new patients. Or you can offer to give them a significant discount on every 10th patient they refer to your clinic, granted they pay 100% of the charges for the previous 9. Just suggestions.
