a little jaws trick that may help some

Some of you may know this, but this is what I started doing: When there is a

recipe, I put my computer on jaws find, insert with control and f. It will have

the search field with whatever I had last. Well I just write carb or carbo

(works on more recipes that say carbohydrates.) So I'm on the page for

something yummy, and before I get all exxcited aabout something I can't have, I

do that keystroke, write in the carbo if it doesn't say it, and enter. it will

put me right on the carbs after the recipe, and if they are really high, I just

get rid of the recipe without reading it. Hope this makes sense.
