Guest guest
Barret I am unaware of any medicare reg as licensure is a state issue. I know here in NJ that the state reg does require the original. Do the Ohio Licensure Regs require it and perhaps she is confused? Jim Dunleavy PT, MS Re: A new medicare reg I'm being plagued by my current manager to bring in my original license to display. I'm just a contract guy and my pocket license has always been sufficient in the past. She says " this is a new Medicare regulation. " The manager likes to imagine I actually work for her and will say pretty much anything. I simply don't believe this latest. Anybody know anything about this? Barrett L. Dorko P.T. Guest guest
Barrett, We have gotten away with very nice color copies of our licenses. They look like the original but if copied show up poorly and with the copy written all over it. This gives us a little security should someone take it off the wall and modify it. As for a Medicare regualtion I have not seen the documentation, it is a state law here in MI.
