Guest guest
Hi , They should be reading and signing a HIPAA Business Associate form but only if they have access to protected health information while performing services. I would recommend, however, that to be safe and especially if they are working unattended, that you have them first sign the form no matter what access they have. If they refuse to sign, you should look for another IT person/service. M. Howell, P.T., M.P.T. Howell Physical Therapy Eagle, Idaho thowell@... Do you have this person sign some sort of HIPAA form? I'd be very interested in your sharing with me. Thank you, , Business Office Alliance Physical Therapy Eugene, Oregon
