about insulin pen

Listen, my hustand is almost out the door from the rehad to come home. He was

shown how to use an insulin pen, but it doesn't go back to zero. I am thinking

from reading this list that it is not the pen, but he just needs a trick to do

it, heis totally blind. Did someone say something about a paper clip? if

someone reads this on this busy day for all of us, I'd sure be greatful for a

response. Thanks a bunch.
