Yes - we dealt with this a few years ago. Luckily we have an EMR and so we

developed a Summary List document that pops up when we open a chart and

therapists can update it as needed or check a box that says no changes. TJC was

very adamant that we needed this and the fact that the info was in the chart was

not enough --- needed to be available readily to everyone --- even front desk

people.
