If you push forward just to be correct, it might not positively impact your practice. Take the high road and prove you are the better practitioner. In agreeing with the earlier posts, you can't just bring lunch for a single physician. How much more would if have cost you to bring lunch to the office? In the long run, if presented appropriately, then the investment would have been well worth it. Unfortunately, lunch is the price of admission to the game.
