Contraindications to spinal traction/decompression

Can anyone help me in answering a question regarding traction. I have a patient

who had cervical spine artificial disc replacement last year. She is well healed

and doing fine in that region. She also has multiple disc bulges in the lumbar

spine along with associated radiculopathy. Is lumbar spinal traction

contraindicated if the patient has had the cervical disc replacement?
