My practice has been using My Rehab Office (www.myrehaboffice.com) for the last

two years and it has worked exceptionally well. It is completely web-based

(similar to Web PT), but significantly more affordable. There's just a flat

monthly fee per therapist without any start-up costs. It has a very intuitive

layout that is quick for the therapists to learn and has a lot of features that

ensure all your records are complete. For example, it has tracking for forms

that still need to be signed by the physician, you can fax directly from the

website, they offer free unlimited online documents storage for uploads, and it

has multiple ways to ensure that the therapists enter billing correctly and

consistently within the treatment note. It also has more open text fields than

Web PT, which I prefer, so that the notes are more narrative, but still

streamlined. All of the forms can be printed off as pdf files and the finished

forms look very professional. It was created by a physical therapist and a

software development company, so I expect to see more features added as they

continue to grow. Any upgrades to their system are also free. They offer a free

trial, too. It's definitely worth considering.
