Guest guest Posted June 11, 2011 Report Share Posted June 11, 2011 I'm starting my practice in a few months. Currently I have provider numbers for Medicare, BCBS, etc through my employer. They did all the leg work when I signed on and bill for my PT services under those. What I'm wondering is should I go to them to get those numbers back when the time comes, or should I just re-apply?
