Guest guest
I've used the Pathway system for years with much success and no complaints. Guest guest
HI , We use the Pathway MR 20. Dual channel, which is handy, along with the Synergy software. Negatives: they haven't updated their software for years though it works to meet most needs. I wish I could click and drag the range to be able to visualize the data, especially between 10 and 50 MV readings. The vaginal and rectal sensors can be used for both biofeedback and Estim, which is very useful and cost effective. Just make sure that that is the sensor you order, as they do have exclusively BFB electrodes as well. I have had multiple clients report that the U-control sensors are tricky and occasionally require replacement (more often than other brands I have found) however it is very sensitive at measuring EMG activity. I do not know the price point difference for the sensors as well as the operating equipment and software, which may be a consideration for you and your practice.
