Tammy, I wouldn't worry. We all just jump in when we have something to say or ask. In the summer I do overheat. Any amount of warmth does me in. I have a button on my dryer that turns the air cool to keep my natural curls from frizzing. I use it for that, but more for not getting too hot. I dry my hair mostly with my finger on that button. LOL. I have a lot of hair, so I have to make sure I have the energy to stand in there 5 minutes. It totally disgusts me that at 37 I can't even take a freaking shower, without getting worn out. Tammy in Texas wrote: Do you overheat trying to dry your hair? I did on Saturday. 1st time for that. It was cool on Saturday and I had to go outside to try and cool down. Drying my hair was useless as it was wet again around my face from sweating! Yeah, at 37 I have to lay down after a simple shower. More times than not, I have gotten out of the shower in tears.Trista wrote: Tammy, I wouldn't worry. I'm trying to talk myself into taking one now. I have to, because of our appt. today. My stinking back keeps spasming though. All over in different spots. I'm sorry that you have to deal with this too. It just plainly sucks.Tammy in Texas wrote: Yeah, at 37 I have to lay down after a simple shower.
