Guest guest
Group, I'm interesting in hearing from those of you who perform wheelchair evaluations and the associated documentation necessary to obtain approval from participating insurance companies. Specifically: 1. How long does the actual evaluation take 2. How much time is required by your therapists to do the " write up " 3. Suggestions on how you schedule time to accommodate the eval and write up (block off " x " amount of time for both, or eval on one day and squeeze in the eval time as best as you can using cancellations/no shows)? 4. How are you charging for the eval time and time spent preparing the documentation? Thank you, Doug Julius PT, Ann Arbor C.
