I want to know how you handle that week off b/w Christmas and New Years. What's

the response from clients and physicians?

another female PT. Our female PT has been with me for 1 year and is asking to

renew her existing contract. In a nutshell, she is requesting additional time

off (for the new contract). Currently, the contract states she will be given 2

weeks vacation with the addition of the customary holidays (Memorial Day, Labor

Day, etc.) Also, we typically take off the week b/t Christmas and New Year's.

the current 'days off' schedule and add (5) personal days per year without pay?

She is a salary PT with no current structure for profit sharing, etc. I want to

accommodate her needs but want to structure it in a way that is 'win-win' for

both. Your opinions are greatly appreciated.
