TENS Patient Ed DVD

We issue a high volume of TENS.  Does anyone know of a patient ed TENS DVD?  

I am looking to model the pre-flight safety/evac video format airlines

use...same reasons--to standardize the presentation and have a legally

defensible source of standardized content.  The therapist would greet the

patient, screen for indications/contraindications, discuss a few tailored

points, then the patient would watch the video and the PT would come back to

wrap up the session and answer any questions.  

Any ideas?
