Guest guest
I would like to hear from anyone out there currently using L-Dex U400 BIS (bioimpedance spectroscopy) as part of their protocol for patient care in their lymphedema programs. We are told by the data provided through the sales rep, that the standard protocol is to obtain baseline readings pre-surgery for patients undergoing mastectomy, then re-measures every 3 months post surgery until stabilized. If you are using this device, how are you billing for it and what other treatment interventions are commonly utilized during that same visit?
