Guest guest
We routinely complete a fall risk but do not do vitals routinely only when clinically indicated. A. Coordinator Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation Glendale Adventist Medical Center >>> " norma " 5/23/2011 12:23 PM >>> My question pertains to an outpatient, hospital based program. As part of TJC Standards, do you complete a fall risk assessment and take vital signs? My question is not whether you complete these procedures when clinically necessary, but do you do them routinely for compliance reasons. Thanks in advance, Norma Greenberg OTR/l, CPHQ Stanford Hospital and Clinics
