We routinely complete a fall risk but do not do vitals routinely only when

clinically indicated.

My question pertains to an outpatient, hospital based program. As part

of TJC Standards, do you complete a fall risk assessment and take vital

signs? My question is not whether you complete these procedures when

clinically necessary, but do you do them routinely for compliance

reasons.

Thanks in advance,
