$16 - $20 / hour would be probably appropriate at least in Denver for an office

manager.  I have a practice of the same size, but have been reluctant to hire

an office manager.  Efficiencies achieved through starting to use an EMR have

cut down on office work considerably.  No filing, much less clutter and my

billing service is able to log into the EMR daily to get charges.  I also have

a very organized and well paid front office person.

Dear group,

I'm looking for a base salary for an office administrator for a 2 full time

therapist clinic. We outsource our billing, so her/his responsibilities would

include managing cash flow, paying bills, scheduling patients, input charges,

answering the phone, etc. What are others paying for their front office

personnel? Thank you for your reply.
