I use 95992 and have been getting reimbursed from Medicare with Cigna as the

intermediary. I'm hoping that I won't have trouble with our June 1 switch to

Palmetto. BCBS also pays for 95992. I am not enrolled with Aetna, UHC,

Cigna, etc.
