I am considering changing our 'hours of operation' for speech therapy from 9-5:30 to 7-3:30 but am wondering what hours other hospitals keep. Another option is having therapist work 4, 10 hour shifts from 7-5:30. Has anyone gone down this road and if so, what have you found? I appreciate your input.
