This may seem a bit strange, but letdown hurts for me. Not Jannie

sucking the actual letdown. And it is usually in the breast she is not

feeding on. It only lasts for a few seconds but it does hurt. The good

thing is, I always know when I am about to start leaking if I am out.

LOL
