Guest guest Posted April 27, 2011 Report Share Posted April 27, 2011 Lynda, Mandatory (non-productive) requirements, such as meetings, safety fairs, etc., are generally paid at the same rate as patient care time (productive time). Suggesting a lower rate for these non-productive activities just to save a couple-o-bucks, especially if they are required, may go over like a lead balloon. Just my opinion.
