Can somebody please tell me the safe values/range for PT -INR in Acute

Care Setting? Some MDs say that as long as the INR is within 2.0 and

3.0 it doesn't matter how high is the PT. Also, got many different

info. fro colleagues. Any Evidence Based Practice or data about it?
