Guest guest
Let's put this one to rest. Thanks. Dave Victim of a crime? Know someone who was? http://victimsheart.blogspot.com Prodigy Menu help " If you truly believe that only teenagers try to bluff the doctors, you are sadly mistaken. I can see by your response, that just like a teenager you rebel against anyone telling you what you can or cannot do. That being said, makes my point that many diabetics, young and old, can and will fake their blood sugar results to prove no one can tell them what to do about their diabetes and control which only hurts them in the end. " Read my remarks again, clearly it said the fraction of a percent of teen girls can not be the basis for forcing adults how to conduct the use of their meters for whatever reason they choose to do so. It is not so much rebellion but grave concern how much people blindly follow and accept the big brother and doctor as parent in control attitude you want to promote. As for people doing what is best for them we can discuss an example. A person who used to post here will do. He posts no longer because he is dead, after they cut piece by piece parts of his body away, he was blind, his kidneys were in failure and he was on a constant roller coaster carb/insulin induced ride chasing highs and lows and having high post meal peaks and a terrible a1c and all the time following to the t what his doctor wanted him to do. He was advised to control carbs and test for doing so by people on this list. He did not because his doctor did not advise doing so. Readers watched him die turn by turn. We can be sure he did not fake bg meter results. XB IC|XC
