This is what I do for continuing education:

$3,000/year - combination of coursework and travel accommodations.

5 days/year paid administrative leave.

This comes in handy for encouraging things like CSM, PT2008, or Preview 2020.

Otherwise, most courses are weekends only.

they are paid day, taken as vacation or separate in a private practice?
