I found the following sentence almost as funny as the cartoon! :)

" They use ineffective modalities such as ultrasound and e-stim 2-6x more than

independent physical therapy private practice. "

In other words, independent physical therapy private practices use ineffective

modalities 2-6x less than POPTS.

Sometimes a little humor can be gleaned from a very serious topic! :)
