Hello!!!

First I forgot earlier to welcome all newbies and to say congrats to

all losers!!!

Now i have a question concerning yoga. I am doing the

Livingarts " yoga for Weightloss " tape. At the very beginning of the

tape it says that woman on TOM should not do inverted poses, back

bends or something else I forget. Anyways the question is does that

include the bridge pose??? I am not sure if that qualifies as a back

bend or not. Also do you know why this would affect us if we were to

do it???

Any help with my confusion would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks in advance,

Tami :o)

Tami-do you like this video? Is it for newbies? I am interested in beginning more exercise than walking (not that I do it more than a couple times a week anyway) but since the weather is starting to turn. Or could you or anyone else recommend a yoga tape for uncoordinated beginners?????? Thanks!
