clinicians pay rate for non-clinical hours

Hello. We are a small out patient physical therapy office, and are always

looking to cut expenses. I was hoping to get some input as to what other

clinics are paying clinicians for non-clinical hours, such as staff

meetings, etc. Also, is there an on-the-clock allowed timeframe for

completion of clinical documentation? Any policies regarding this would be

appreciated. Thank you.
