Questions about Day Treatment Programs

To those of you who have day treatment programs, a few questions:

1) How are they reimbursed? I assume the services are billed as

outpatient. Which services actually do get reimbursed?

2) Is the service profitable?

3) Pros/cons of the service?

Our parent organization is looking into this for their mothership.
