Someone recommended that I use this CAQH as a universal data base, become a member with a login/password, complete the information about our PT practice so it will expedite becoming an insurance provider in networks. Should I use CAQH? If I do not use CAQH, what is my first step in becoming a medicare/medicaid provider of physical therapy? Or any other insurance. I have an NPI for myself.
