Guest guest
Hi Bob, I do OT billing for a Hand Clinic and based on my research and training, your freestanding clinic will need to enroll with your local DMERC carrier to bill splints. THe exception is for the accreditation process. THerapists are exempt from the accreditation process for now, but still have to enroll with DMERC and bill those splints to that carrier.
