Hospital Lift Teams

Hi group:

Does any hospital out there have a lift team that is fully implemented

and successful? What we have in mind is a team that would respond to a

lift " code " for patient falls, overweight patient transfers, etc. If you

are willing to discuss how you implemented the team, how things are

working, etc, please drop me an email. The lead person on our team would

love to pick your brain.
