I have a lovely young lady here who is a snow bird and is looking to continue her exercises when she goes to Florida this winter. She has history of bil TKA, very motivated, and very fun to work with. She is currently on maintenance program here for strengthening, so she was asking if I know of any place where she can continue her exercises while she is in Florida.
