Insurance Negotiation Checklist

I know I have seen this in the past but I am looking for a checklist on how

to examine an insurance contract from the provider's perspective.

I realize that no checklist can be all inclusive but I am teaching a session

for new practice owners and want to have a nice tool that will get them

started in this arena.
