We are fortunate for the coming year. Our benefit package cost and coverage

will not change for 2012.

Subject: Staff Benefit Costs for 2012

PTManagers:

In our companies, as we head toward 2012, we are re-analyzing our benefit

costs for our employee benefit package.

So far we are seeing projected health insurance coverage rates increasing by

10-14%.

At a time when we are seeing reimbursements drop, this is more than a little

disconcerting.

What kind of cost changes are you all seeing for 2012 in your benefit

packages?

Thanks in advance for sharing.

Our health insurance went up 18% for 2012, after going up 17% for 2011. We had

a really good plan but they have finally forced us to go with a bigger

deductible.
