Guest guest
OMG!! That is too funny!!!! And how many guys don't sleep through thier kids?? My hubby has always slept through the baby. I think it is b/c he knows their is nothing he can do so it doesn't register to him. He can't really get up to breastfeed or anything!! LOL. But that was a cute story about the abuse and the chrisening. ~Still Overdue as of Feb 21 Re: all of my replies in one email, lol I totally agree. maybe your mom can stop by and explain to the teache that snce you are getting up in the middle of the night to feed your own baby. You don't need theirs. My nephew had the baby last year. He was 12 or so. He had to bring it to my other neices christaning. Would you know the stupid thing started screaming in the middle of the service. he was so embarassed. we all thought it was funny. he flunked, partly because he is a heavy sleeper and slept through the baby crying more then once and because my DH ( not dear that day) saw it on the couch and tossed it to my nephew. It registers child abuse. My Dh offered to talk to the teacher, but the whole idea is he shouldn't have left it sitting on the couch by itself. Guest guest
DH always got up at nite her when DS was a baby. He got the baby while I rushed to the bathroom! So much for crying triggering your let-down - it was my bladder that let down EVERY nite when he'd start crying! LOL AmyLynn A. wrote: > > > OMG!! That is too funny!!!! Guest guest
My dh has gotten up with my two kids about 3 times in 7 years. He just doesn't wake up and if you try to wake him, you spend a lot of time just getting him to be able to understand english. Let alone help. That is a funny story about the toss of the compubaby. Wendi P.S. we're all cheering you on! Re: all of my replies in one email, lol OMG!! That is too funny!!!! And how many guys don't sleep through thier kids?? Guest guest
Hi there! I am new, but I have to add that my honey has become a lighter sleeper now that the baby is here. It used to take bashing him in the head (or tickling) to wake him up, but now I barely lay a hand on his arm and he will jump out of bed. Guest guest
Welcome Christi, Congratulations on your new baby! Is this your first? How are you feeling? Is everything going well? Is Drake short for Dragan or is that how it is pronounced? I am mom to Kaija 7yo and Zaid 16mo.(nursing). Don't mind all my questions, I'm a little nosy. Guest guest
Hi! This is my first little one and everything is great. He was less than a week old and we were able to get him to a 2 wake up a night schedule, 1 at 2 - 3 o'clock and then next at 6 - 7 o'clock. I feel much better than I expected. Drake is short for Dragan, he was just going to be Drake until I talked to someone in Germany named Dragan and fell in love with the name. You can be nosy, I really don't mind. Guest guest
Wendi, Thanks for the advice. In fact I just got up from laying down with Drake, unfortunately I didn't have time to nap, but I am on my way back to the couch in a minute. Christi Re: all of my replies in one email, lol Hi!
