Guest guest
Hello Group, I am the owner of a multi-location private practice in North Carolina. I was hoping someone could provide some guidance in regards to providing physical therapy services under Medicare part " A " in a skilled nursing facility. Our locations are part " B " providers. We have been approached by a couple of skilled nursing facilities asking that we provide a clinical presence on site to extend physical therapy care to their residents/patients. Would this be a scenario where we operate out of a rented space within the SNF and bill services under part " B " or would you recommend that we apply to become a part " A " provider. If part " A " , could someone give me some guidance regarding this process? Thanks in advance for your assistance! Please email me directly at ken_easters@.... Many thanks!
