Hope that you still go on and overcome these terrible occurrence, hope you have a few friends that will help you over the hump. I'm going to pray for you, hope you don't mind me bringing God into the picture as I've found a solas in Him. It seems that we go along and every thing seems to go right then BANG, down we go right? Your friend Ken B another diabetic type 2; Bye for now; Ken Bs verry discouraged My surgery didn't happen yesterday, well it did happen but more complications arose. They weren't able to finish it because they found my liver was too large after me losing weight, and I have alarge stomach cavity. Verry frustrated and discouraged. When I was in the process of losing my sight over 20 years ago, and had already had numerous laser treatments/surgeries, I then had 5 actual surgical operations on my eyes (2 on one and 3 on the other). On the 4th one, they were injecting the local anesthesia around my eye sockets, and one of the injections struck a vein, and the surgery had to be aborted. If I could have had that surgery, I still wonder if that one eye could have been saved, but I'll never know. anyway, I can empathize with you. It must be very disappointing! It takes a lot of courage to get yourself to that point, and the ball drops! Prayers to you!
