Hello, My name is Kaitlin and I am 183pounds. I was

always the skinny girl, at 110-115 till I turned 21

years old I am now 24, Then I got a bladder diesease

(I.C.) which really depressed me and i turned to

sweets. I was at 170 a few years ago, and did Slim

fast and i got down to about 150. Then as soon as i

got off slim fast i went up to 180. My Dr says all i

need to do is exercise, i dont even have to diet. I

am off the sodas so thats no problem for me, i cant

have the caffinee because of the I.C. My goal till

Jan. 1 is to not eat out. And I have to lay off the

sweets. I dont want to diet, but my question is, can

i lose my 43 pounds just by exercising? My Dr says i

need to be at 140. And to be at 115-120 wouldnt be

right for me anymore.
