Can a PTA document progress notes if the PT interacts with the patient and signs

the note? We use EMR and I'm trying to figure our how to document progress notes

for patients on PTA schedules. Can the PTA document my assessment in a daily

note and I sign the PTA's daily note if it contains adequate " progress note "

information. or do I have to write a separate note?
