Guest guest
The best I have done is to have our transcription services flow into meditec and allow e signatures for both PT's and Doctors. Everything else is as you indicate. I have spent many hours building the " work - arounds " of which you speak. Rehab Software that interfaces with Meditech (suggestions needed) Our hospital has just went live with Meditech (today) & what we've seen all along has proven to be true...Meditech has not planned for the special needs of outpatient rehabilitation (PT/OT/ST). We've tried to make the best of work-arounds & systems that are more like hurdles than work-savers. As a hospital we cannot use some of the other good rehab software systems b/c they don't interface. Is there anyone out there who is using a product for rehab that interfaces with Meditech & that you are happy with? If so would you share any thoughts you may have? I am beginning my research into options, but this list has such an amazing group of resources, I would be remiss if I didn't ask. Feel free to email or call me if you prefer. Thank you! N.
