For three months I was in a position to ask patients what song they'd like

to hear when entering the room. 20 made specific choices and they ranged

across the spectrum. Each patient had a story about their " theme song. " Some

took a while to choose and everyone loved this idea. They'd come in, I'd hit

a button on my computer and they never failed to smile.
