Guest guest
Our conversation about non-clinician managers of clinics has been very timely. I am transitioning to taking off non-PT specific admin tasks off my plate and adding them to that of a full time business office manager who ultimately would play a role as practice manager in some respects. I would remain in charge of key components of the practice as owner. .. Are there management professionals associations that I could tap into for a pool of potential applicants? .. Any suggestions for finding someone with the key skills ? .. Interview questions/background check recommendations .. How you found a successful candidate? .. Specific skills that you have found to be invaluable in your business office/practice manager? .. How you have balanced being the owner of the clinic AND working along with a practice manager to reduce your workload? Thanks very much for any insights!
