Our conversation about non-clinician managers of clinics has been very

timely.

I am transitioning to taking off non-PT specific admin tasks off my plate

and adding them to that of a full time business office manager who

ultimately would play a role as practice manager in some respects. I would

remain in charge of key components of the practice as owner.
